Sky Kuwait Aviation Services works through a network of Fixed-Base Operators (FBOs), ground handlers and supervisory agents at Kuwait International Airport to deliver ramp, passenger and field operation support for every type of flight using the airport, from scheduled commercial services to private, VIP and royal movements.

Rather than a single fixed facility, we coordinate a network of FBOs and ground handlers spread across OKBK, all held to the same standard of quality, safety, compliance, reliability and customer care – giving operators a consistent point of contact for facility and ground support wherever their flight is routed.

OKBK’s General Aviation Terminal, known as the Royal Aviation Terminal, is dedicated to private and general aviation traffic, including VIP and royal flights. We coordinate FBO-level support for operators using this terminal, covering the facility relationship, terminal coordination and service standards that private and VIP flights expect, alongside the Amir Terminal used for official state visits and the Ministerial Terminal for government flights.

Through our FBO network, we coordinate the ramp and ground service side of a flight’s handling alongside station management, flight operations and passenger services, so the facility and ground support side of a visit is arranged in step with the rest of the flight’s ground handling rather than as a separate process.
